TERMS
Net 45 days from the date of invoice. Titles and prices are subject to change without notice. Damaged books or shortage should be notified within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
GUARANTEE
All materials are guaranteed. If not satisfied, they can be returned within 30 days for full credit or refund as long as the materials are in salable condition. Tapes are not refundable.
SAMPLE COPIES
Requests for examination copies are shipped "ON APPROVAL" with an invoice. The buyer may keep the materials and pay the invoice or return prepaid any materials (in salable condition) within 30 days from date of invoice and charges will be cancelled.
RETURN POLICY
Except for "on approval" copies, authorization is required prior to returning items. A copy of the invoice number under which the books were shipped must be provided. Returns should be shipped prepaid to:
